It started with Bells of Ireland...
Notes: Will be using this flower dictionary as reference.
[ Karna runs a flower shop where Megumi is a frequent patron of. Being socially awkward as hell, he is unable to properly express his feelings, even if it's just wanting to show his gratitude to his loyal customer. It becomes worse when he realizes he's become rather attached to her. So instead of words, he displays them through actions. Every time Megumi stops by, Karna makes sure to include something extra in the bouquet arrangements he designs for her. Each one representing his feelings for her ranging from platonic to something more.
Sounds simple right?

Boy decides to use plants that people rarely know about. Unique plants are extra special, yeah?
The first flower Karna secretly gifts to Megumi were the Bells of Ireland when she announced she had opened her own clinic. Behind his straight-face, he wanted to show his support. ]
